Spanish Bilingual Customer Service/ Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure that calls are handled professionally (Spanish Language)
· Act as the company's primary point of contact with all existing and prospective customers
· Abide by company policy when carrying out customer service duties and in resolving customer issues
· Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities
· Build and maintain client relationships
 
Qualifications:
· Must be fluent in English and Spanish, both written and oral
· 1-2 years' experience working in a Spanish Campaign in a BPO industry. (Open for those without call center experience)
· Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
· Computer navigation and operations skills
· Ability to work both independently, as well as in a team environment
· Handle objections like a pro while bouncing back with resilience
· Chase those goals with unstoppable determination
· Results-oriented and self-motivated
