Overview
 
The Spa Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a spa, managing staff, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maximizing profitability. They are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, and making sure that all staff members are properly trained and adhere to standards and procedures.
 
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the spa
Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
Create and execute marketing plans to drive business and increase revenue
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Monitor and maintain inventory and supplies
Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness
Ensure compliance with all regulations and codes
Prepare budgets and financial reports
Develop and implement procedures and policies to maximize efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in spa management
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and spa management software if applicable
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in spa management
