Relentless pursuit of better
As a Sourcing Specialist for Talent Acquisition at Western Union, you will proactively identify candidates through sophisticated sourcing techniques, focusing on hard-to-fill positions, as well as developing proactive recruitment marketing activities. You'll be responsible for creating and managing a solid candidate pipeline of high-quality talent. Other key responsibilities include creating and executing your own recruitment strategies, as well as leveraging various social media platforms to attract quality candidates.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruiting or sourcing
Global exposure in handling mainly Technical roles. Additional exposure in managing roles in Sales, Finance, Risk Compliance and HR is a big plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possesses high level of relationship management skills.
Hands-on experience in sourcing from different social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
