As a Sourcer for TA at Western Union, you will proactively identify candidates through sophisticated sourcing techniques, focusing on hard-to-fill positions, as well as developing proactive recruitment marketing activities. You'll be responsible for creating and managing a solid candidate pipeline of high-quality talent. Other key responsibilities include creating and executing your own recruitment strategies, as well as leveraging various social media platforms to attract quality candidates.
You will ideally have a minimum of four years sourcing and/or recruiting experience, using both in-person and online strategies. Strong spoken and written English skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently and proactively.
