Position: Sourcing Specialist
Salary: PHP35,000 - PHP40,000
Work Type: Independent Contractor - Full-time remote work
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30AM - 3:30AM PH Time
Holidays: Australian HolidaysOVERVIEW:As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in building high-quality talent pipelines and ensuring a smooth start to the recruitment process. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify top talent, create engaging candidate experiences, and support the early stages of hiring.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively source and engage potential candidates using Workable and sourcing platforms
Develop targeted search strategies to support ongoing and upcoming hiring needs
Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening conversations to assess fit and interest
Keep candidate profiles and pipelines updated and well-organized in the ATS
Review resumes and applications to confirm qualification alignment
Collect and manage candidate introduction videos and other required materials
Coordinate typing assessments and ensure timely completion
Work closely with recruiters to ensure candidates move smoothly through the early hiring stages
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: minimum 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
Hands-on experience with ATS tools (preferably Workable)
Strong communication and people skills, with confidence in candidate engagement
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple sourcing tasks
Basic familiarity with typing assessments and candidate evaluation methods
