- Proactive in building a relationship with candidates and our stakeholders
- Confident in verbal and written communication channels
- Professional written communication skills
- Preferably with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter's Seat
- Knowledge in Boolean Search preferred
- Ability to work in a night shift schedule
- 1-year talent sourcing/recruiting experience is preferred
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
- Source candidate resumes on LinkedIn and/or other job boards
- Communicate with job seekers to get them interested in our career opportunities
- Drive talent acquisition with digital marketing skills over LinkedIn, Indeed, and the other online platforms
- Practice data-driven sourcing
- Build and develop new relationships and negotiate terms or business with external clients
