As a Web Application Engineer I, you will be responsible in providing support to the JWay Omnicell development team using the latest technologies and standards through .NET (C# programming language and MVC framework) and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS). In the future, as opportunities come, you will be assigned to other project teams.
Duties and responsibilities:
Create and maintain applications using Ingeniux CMS and Cartella Portal Software
Provide application support to clients using CMS and software tools that you have the capability to handle
Provide QA engineering support to the project team
Design and create mockups for different web projects
Convert mockups to templates
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of web design and applications
Help design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
Help maintain code quality and organization
Additional training to increase capability and optimize efficiency and productivity
Provide necessary support and collaboration with the entire organization that is critical for maintaining healthy operations and activities instrumental for growth
Relevant Bachelor's Degree
Junior - Mid QA
Has minimum of 1 year work experience in software development
Proven work experience in software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
