We are looking for a software QA engineer with relevant experience in manual and automated testing of web applications. You will be responsible for the systematic performing of tests to ensure high quality of software.
Responsibilities:
Follow and continuously improve the existing QA processes
Develop effective strategies and test plans for different web applications
Prepare and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
Identify a solution for test automation, implement and maintain it
Plan CI/CD, work with other engineers on framework
Report bugs and errors
Conduct post-release testing
Help troubleshoot issues, prepare and run postmortem analysis
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a software quality assurance engineer * At least 1 year experience in automated testing
Desire and passion for innovation, working on new products and ideas to create proof of concept solutions for continuous improvement
Assertiveness and proactivity in problem-solving and coming up with new ideas
Experience in different QA methodologies
Good communication, requirement analysis, and documentation skills
Working knowledge of non-proprietary automated testing software
Great to have the following work experience:
Selenium, Jenkins
Object-oriented programming
PHP, Node.js, Vue.js, Django
Linux OS and scripting languages (Bash, Python, Perl)
MySQL database
Amazon Web Services
DevOps tools and methodologies - GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Vagrant * Capability and willingness to be on-call
