In this position you will gain a granular understanding of Microsoft licensing programs and products.
What you will do at Insight:
-Gain an understanding of Microsoft volume licensing contracts
-Support clients by providing quotes, contract details, and licensing help
-Assist with the creation and maintenance of Microsoft contracts
-Participate in the onboarding of new clients into Insight's system
-Manage client contract document library
-Provide Microsoft License Statements
-Other duties as assigned
What you will need to join Insight:
-College degree preferred - college undergraduates with relevant experience and skills
-Amenable to work on a NIGHT SHIFT schedule
-Ability to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives.
-Strong written and verbal English communications skills
-Ability to create accurate work items
-Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
-Ability to work as part of a team and within a team inbox in an organized and efficient manner
-Able to autonomously manage responsibilities in a timely manner
-Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
-Strong working knowledge of business math for pricing and reporting
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Outlook, Teams
Preferred
-Experience in the software industry
-Customer service or sales background
-Manufacturer or industry certifications
