Key responsibilities
Integration Services team aims to automate all critical Business Processes by implementing efficient B2B / EDI solutions with Maersk Line customers, suppliers and authorities. As part of the Operations Team, you will play a key role in this mission, leading the daily activities to support and maintain the efficient running Maersk's new global EDI platform.
We are currently in the process of implementing a new global EDI platform. The new platform is a cloud based Seeburger platform and has been delivered to Maersk with initial set of partners on-boarded.
You will be joining a truly Global Technology team based in Asia, Europe and the Americas. You will be supporting our internal as well as external stakeholders and trading Partners. Utilising your solid knowledge of EDI and IT delivery processes you will ensure the quality implementation and running of EDI solutions that will strengthen our business relationships and further scale our global utilisation of EDI.
Another emphasis of the operations teams is to be the liaison between our support and development units implementing functional and technical requirements based on business needs, managing and resolving support incidents as well as investigating root causes on the Seeburger platform.
The operations team is expected to be in different physical locations and will cover all time zones via staggered working hours and/or on call duty rosters.
EDI Operations Services (EDOS) Team Tasks
Monitoring of Seeburger (SB) system and data exchanges
Address delivery failures; incident management
Interact with partners to resolve failures
Drive problem management for long or repetitive incidents
Monitor and address performance issues
L2/L3 investigations reported by L1 or SB team
Assess deployment requests; quality review, completeness, according to guidelines/governance for partner info, naming conventions, evidence of test, etc.
Change management activities including participating in CAB calls, review a changes potential impact on system
Execute deployments and partner activations, including change validations.
Analyze/manage system statistics incl. trend analysis such as execution and failures, deployment, and on-boarding requests
Maintain production documentation
Manage certificate renewals
Define requirements and test of self-service automation procedures based on SB CMA tools
Collaborate with SB teams, development/project teams, mapping teams, EDI architects, TSOE
Communicate operational events and plans.
