What you'll be doing
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address any issues or potential problems
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to schedule and oversee the completion of repairs and upgrades
Analyze performance data and implement energy-saving measures to optimize the efficiency of our building systems
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Provide technical support and guidance to our property management team and tenants
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to building systems and maintenance activities
What we're looking for
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Building Engineer or in a similar role
Proficient in the operation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
Familiar with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Proficient in using building management software and other relevant technologies
