Description & RequirementsWill develop, test, and maintain Mongoose Development Framework and other projects around it, collaborating with senior members of the team, analysts, and QA to deliver high-quality products that support the company's roadmap and business objectives.Day in a Life:The following are the essential duties of Associate Software Engineer:
Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Mongoose Development Framework under the guidance of senior team members.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in accordance with established standards.
Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve coding skills.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other developers to deliver assigned project tasks on schedule.
Troubleshoot and fix minor bugs or issues in applications.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Foundational knowledge on the following: C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) concepts and methodologies.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and processes.

Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Experience with version control tools like Git.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
