The business/ systems analysis specialist has a broad and deep knowledge of customers' business environments, operations, relevant regulatory, compliance and governance frameworks as well as industry standard processes, key trends, customer segments and lines of businesses. He/ she demonstrates this knowledge and experience to advise on, capture and define business and system requirements and processes that best reflect customer needs, based on product capabilities and best practices.
What will your job look like?
Reflects professional authority internally and externally.
Responsible to define and implement the right technical technological solution suitable for hosting current and upcoming features while conforming to evolving functional/Non-functional requirements.
Reflect customer needs by assembling business needs to technical requirements.
You will be responsible for lifecycle of software engineering of Telecommunication BSS products
Advise development teams and customers based on product capabilities and methodologies, applying reuse where applicable.
Ensure high business value based on product capabilities and best practises while ensuring proficient business value between business processes, technology and people.
You will have wider knowledge in OMS, CRM, OSS and Billing products
Significant proficiency/in-depth knowledge in the BSS (Ordering 8.1, Billing 8.1, and CRM 8.1) domain (technology and/or products)
Design holistic and integrated high-level solutions that fit customers' business needs, production operability and budget.
Participate in and/or lead formal and informal reviews with key partners, applying knowledge and experience while providing technical perspective and support.
Assumes ownership and accountability of specific modules within an application and provides technical support and guidance during solution design for new requirements, problem resolution for critical / complex issues
All you need is...
Computer Science Degree or Industrial Engineering & Management - Information System
8 years' of experience in telecom industry and/or IT, with at least 5 years practical experience in business / system analysis, working with customer on requirement and business processes definition, in a variety of complex situations.
Wide knowledge & experience in Amdocs products (Billing 8.1, Ordering 8.1, Customer Care 8.1 & master in E2E Business processes.
Good understanding of Amdocs Product Catalogue and Charging/Rating experience in 8.1 and v10
Ability to provide solutions meeting customer's requirements, and provide the cost and timelines
Lead the end-to-end solution management process with internal stakeholders and with customer
Customer-facing experience: Ability to lead and facilitate sessions, resolve challenges and suggest solutions using various methods (presentations, demos, business processes etc.)
Proficient experience in partner and client management.
