About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Automation team. In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support our business operations and customer experience.
 
You'll work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Architects, Product teams, and business stakeholders to develop custom applications, build integrations with external systems, and enhance our Salesforce platform using modern development best practices.

What You'll Do
Salesforce Development
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce best practices.
Build and enhance custom business logic, triggers, asynchronous processes, and reusable components.
Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that support business growth.
Integrations & Automation
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms such as Workato or similar middleware.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple systems.
Support services and applications that extend Salesforce functionality.
Collaboration
Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Architects, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution planning.
Recommend improvements that enhance platform performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Development Best Practices
Write high-quality, well-tested code following Salesforce development standards.
Maintain unit tests that meet Salesforce code coverage requirements.
Manage source code using Git and participate in pull requests and code reviews.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new platform capabilities when appropriate.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience developing with Apex, including triggers, classes, asynchronous processing, and batch jobs.
Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience with Aura is a plus.
Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, including data modeling, SOQL, SOSL, governor limits, and platform best practices.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware solutions.
Familiarity with Salesforce security concepts, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
Experience using Git or GitHub for version control.
Experience writing unit tests and following Salesforce testing best practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:
Workato or another enterprise integration platform (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, Jitterbit).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).
Salesforce DX (SFDX) and modern Salesforce development workflows.
Heroku or similar cloud application platforms.
Monitoring and observability tools such as DataDog, New Relic, Splunk, or CloudWatch.
Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
CI/CD deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or GitHub Actions.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
