THE ROLE
The Social Selling Specialist is someone who is passionate about social media and understands its power.
Temenos is looking for an analytical and tech-savvy individual to support the launch and successful uptake of a social selling platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a Social Selling Specialist to join a fast-paced, dynamic global business and take Temenos' social media reach to the next level. The successful candidate will work with the regional and marketing stakeholders to onboard new users to the platform, schedule posts for sales' team and pull reports to encourage social selling and increase employee advocacy.
You will report and work closely with the Global Social Media Manager, to ensure a successful rollout of a social selling program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proficient in using the social selling tool and providing guidance to other users within the company
Scheduling social media posts for sales' teams [copy provided by the comms team and agency]
Pull reports and analysis for internal stakeholders, regional marketing and sales' team to measure campaign success
Creating graphics for content creation
Liaising with regions to translate social media posts and graphics
Work closely with sales to ensure campaigns are communicated and leads are followed up
Train and provide guidance on social media best practices
Your approach:
Acting as a trusted helping hand to users on the platform
Staying up to date with social media marketing trends
Regularly researching and analyzing competitors
Understanding and maintaining the brand's voice, tone and message to check the communication standard across all channels

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Degree educated
Active social media user
An eye for design - basic graphic design may be required for content creation
Strong writing and verbal skills in English
An independent thinker
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
