JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing and monitoring the company’s Social Media strategy and activity in order to increase brand awareness. Improving marketing efforts to drive sales is what will motivate you.
Create social media strategies and calendars.
Expand company’s presence on all social media platforms.
Develop content topics and assets that appeal to users to reflect brand strategy.
Regular creation of SEO-friendly content for the website including blog articles and social media post.
Produce content for various social networks (Facebook posts, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Building links between onsite and offsite search engine optimisation.
Collaboration in conceptualising and implementing digital marketing initiatives which includes SEM, email marketing and social media marketing.
Create, manage, and distribute content via multiple streams.
Follow and contribute to conversations among users.
Direct the design of the social media landing pages and profiles.
Manage online reviews and reputation building.
Analyse metrics and adjust strategies to improve marketing efforts.
Monitor the social media activity of competitors.
Manage PPC campaigns on major SM platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Regular evaluation and performance report of all campaigns against ROI goals and KPIs.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must be a graduate of BS Marketing, Mass Communications or any related field
With proven experience as Social Media Specialist for at least 2 years.
With excellent writing, editing, storytelling, SEO, and presentation skills.
With excellent English communication skills and writing skills.
Must be adept with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, ZoHo, HubSpot and MailChimp, Growth Hacking tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, TexAU, etc.
Should have hands on familiarity with a wide range of social media platforms and an awareness of trending hashtags. Facebook and Instagram PPC experience and knowledge is desirable
Knowledge on wordpress and photoshop and other content management systems is an advantage.
Knowledge and experience in CRM systems is an advantage.
Candidates must have access to high-speed internet or work at our office.
