*The Social Media Specialist new hire is expected to work from home for the mean time due to COVID. Once everything is back to normal, the Social Media Specialist new hire will be expected to report in either our IT Park or JY offices in Cebu.
General Description: The Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.
Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Helping in social media marketing strategies
Creating content (text, image, and video posts) in collaboration with the marketing team
Overseeing the company's social media calendar
Scheduling posts on the social media platform itself or using a social media management tool
Boosting posts and publishing social media ads
Keeping track of data and analyze paid ad performance in order to come up with new strategies as needed
Managing the social media marketing budget
Responding to inquiries from prospects or clients on our social media platforms
Requirements:
A college graduate from any course/program
College undergrads are accepted as long as with relevant work experience
Proven work experience in social media/digital marketing
Expertise in the ins and outs of Business for Facebook, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, and Google Ads
Adequate knowledge in UTM tracking, graphic design, and video editing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must prefer to work in graveyard shift
Willing to report to work in office when needed (Cebu, IT Park)
