Job Scope:
As a Social Media Specialist cum Telemarketer, you should be able to attract and engage with targeted virtual communities and network users. Provide assistance to develop and implement our social media strategies. Build and increase our online presence and enhance our advertising, marketing, and sales efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build the visibility of our company's social content with page optimization techniques on all social media and search networks.
• Develop and deliver social media optimization (SMO).
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
• Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages.
• Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
• Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select adapt current process.
• Creating and managing monthly promotions.
• Develop, edit, publish and share content, for example, unique textual content, pictures or video on a regular basis.
• Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.
• Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, blog content, or social media messages.
• Collaborate with the company's web developer to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
Qualifications:
• Preferably Bachelors' Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing or other related field.
• Male or Female
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
• Excellent content writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of photo and video editing.
