We're hiring for a Social Media Specialist to join our fantastic team! This is for a DAYSHIFT Australian account - Saturdays and Sundays off!
We are looking for a highly creative Social Media Specialist who will be promoting our clients’ brand and engaging with customers/prospects on social media sites. To ensure efficient operations of our clients’ businesses, the candidate must provide a consistent online marketing strategy, and should possess extreme attention to detail.
Your role will involve:
Create all of the Facebook posts for our Account Management team for their projects and schedule once approved.
Create Survey Monkey surveys for our project screeners
Work through our monthly Social media schedule to create posts for Focus People and Bayside Focus Group Rooms (Airtable), get approved, and then schedule
Database updating – updating info on our respondents from responses we get via email or through survey monkey
Opting people out from our database if they request it
Sorting out the info-in box
Managing our Facebook page – inviting people to like our page, responding to people with queries
Responding to any new reviews left on Facebook
Placing Linked in Ads when required
Other tasks as assigned by the client
Qualifications & Requirements:
Relevant years of experience in Social Media Management and/or experience in Digital Marketing
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Possess discretion, good judgment, organizational or management ability, and initiative
Familiarity in the following social media/internet-based platforms:
Facebook
Instagram
Linked in
Hootsuite
Asana
Hubspot
Focus Pocus (our database)
Survey Monkey
Airtable
Google drive
Canva
Vidnami (video creation tool)
