Social Media Manager (work-from-home)ConnectOS

The Social Media Manager will be assigned to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
Social media management/content creation/advertisement/marketing/recruiting: 3-5 posts weekly on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Likee, Twitter, TikTok. Including video. (We would have some content from our creators on apps that can be used, other can be stock)-app Canva is generally helpful with templates
Daily story post including interactive stories, learning new features of IG and other apps for best engagement and growth
Manage a social media calendar (should be able to plan content ahead of time and provide calendar to manager every 2 weeks)
Run ads with set budget monthly
Manage leads that are set up as a form through Facebook Business portal. We hire in many different countries including Canada, South America, Australia/NZ. Lead generation should start as US/Canada but expand quickly to other markets.
Monthly mass email, occasional mass emails to smaller audiences. We use Flodesk for this.
Reach out to potential talent/candidates/influencers on different apps
Interact with our talent and find content from difference client apps including: Bigo Live, Likee, TikTok, Pococha, Mico, etc.
Monitor messages/inboxes on all apps and work with manager to craft responses to all
Requirements
At least 3 years experience in Social Media Management
Familiar with all social media platforms especially Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook and Facebook Business Suite
Familiar with Canva or any other design tools or software
Must be creative, outside of the box posting that doesn't look like "ads". We want to promote more of the lifestyle of our client
Must have initiative to find more candidates/lead generation; new ideas are welcome and generating new leads should be the objective of this position
Flawless grasp of English language is necessary, both for content writing and posts as well as answering messages/emails
Willing to observe US Eastern Time working hours.
