Duties and Responsibilities
End to end management of digital campaigns
Develop and implement a content strategy
Develop and maintain client relationship
Create and manage a social media activity calendar.
Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy and platforms
Ensuring successful campaigns managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPI's.
Able to increase brand awareness through digital marketing channels with compelling content
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate and Communicate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate action
Desired Skills & Attributes
Bachelor's degree in marketing with a specialization in Social Media Marketing and/or Communications or equivalent in relevancy
At least (2) years of experience in social media management, interactive media and direct marketing
Proven ability to create and deliver on a Social Media strategy focused on building a brand and increasing a company's Social Media presence
Ability to manage, execute, and optimize social media reporting, analytics, and content calendars
Up to date with the latest trends and consistently bring fresh and practical ideas that drive results for social media with excellent organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
Superior written and verbal communications skills in the English language
Able to work independently and/or with a team
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Amenable to work in US working hours - Night Shift
BPO background would be preferred
Amenable to work in Makati City
