Job Description
The client is a Cyber Security Service Provider, supporting prestigious clients 24x7x365 from our ISO27001-accredited UK Security Operations Centre (SOC) in Milton Keynes and Gibraltar.
They are looking to recruit ambitious SOC Support Analysts to work on our 24x7x365 G SOC (Global SOC). This is great opportunity for a Support Analyst looking to progress and grow their skills within the fast paced arena of Cyber warefare. The Job:
You will be in the hot zone in our Cyber Defence Centre, responsible for managing calls from clients, responding to automated alerts from monitoring & security systems and taking appropriate action to remediate issues.
The successful candidate must have a strong focus on customer service and take delight in striving to achieve positive customer feedback.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be able to work to deadlines, think on their feet, take responsibility and work under their own initiative. An excellent inter-personal manner is essential, always adopting a clear, positive, friendly but decisive approach. You must be able to work both on your own and as part of a team.
· The ability to plan and prioritise your workload - multi-tasking is essential for this role
· Proven track record of resolving client technology related issues
· Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) dealing with multiple clients and technology products & solutions would be ideal but not essential
· Demonstrable evidence of delivering an excellent customer experience
· Ability to work both alone and within a team
· Able to continually learn new skills
· Experience in telephony, network, server, security and infrastructure diagnostics and configuration
· Excellent standard of both written and spoken English
· Experience of working with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
· Knowledge of IT security ie Web based firewalls, SIEM tools etc. (MUST
· Understanding of IP networking fundamentals (Desirable)
· Working knowledge of IT Monitoring systems. (Desirable)
· ITIL Foundation v3 Certification (Desirable)
· Comptia A+ or MTA (Desirable)

Must be willing to work 5am - 2pm Manila Time
