Job Description Promotes SMDC properties through advertisements and other effective strategies
Sources potential clients and provides excellent customer service
Develops and maintains client database
Prepares and facilitates effective client presentation
Assists clients in completing all required documentation to book the sale
Achieves monthly sales goals
Represents SMDC in roadshows
Job Qualifications Completed at least 2 years in college
Preferably has sales experience
Preferably has ideas in digital marketing
Good communication skills
Pleasant personality
Good negotiation skills
Preferably has an active passport and experience travelling outside the country
Preferably has networks abroad
Willing to be deployed abroad
