Review Fit-out guidelines, BOQ/BOM, construction plans and specifications in compliance to the requirements of client/s, building/landlord and PEZA/LGU
Join and assist with site support team, Trade Master and Site Manager for the ocular inspection, site handover from landlord and site setting out approval
Assist the Trade Master for the tender bidding and clarification
Conduct random QA / audit if installation comply on the construction plans & installation details
Assist Site Support Team in Inspection during site setting out, wall, ceiling closure and installation of carpet.
Monitor punchlist of all existing project
Coordinating and monitor with Site Support Team on the daily concerns of project that need immediate actions
Provide weekly consolidated progress report on all projects for COC, substantially complete and on-going construction
To overall manage the Site Support Team
Licensed Architect
Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in construction project management and QA
Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Self-directed and able to function with ease as part of a team.
Technically astute and strategic in thinking.
Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to focus on details as required, and have the ability to work well within a deadline driven environment.
Innovative project delivery methodology experience, such as Design-build, Government and Private partnerships, is desirable.
Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office tools, and some knowledge of applicable project management software
