Our Great Opportunity
Ericsson Philippines is growing! We are looking for Site Coordinator to be part of Field Service Organization.
You will
Secure work area is prepared, activities planned and scheduling of work task and workforce in place.
Secure right level of competence in work team and act on not complying to competence level.
Call-off and coordinate of material and personnel.
Collect necessary documentation and instruction for work team and report on deviation in documentation.
Supervise work teams and report on work progress. Report and act on poor performance of external resources, deliveries, and functions.
Lead/handle ASPs working in Service Area telecommunication works
Execute site audit, compile & report in QAS database and distribute audit reports to stakeholders.
Supervise audit results for high running fault types, analyse the root cause and suggest improvements.
To be successful in the role you must have
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Can handle multiple teams on-site.
Must have telecommunications field operations background
Ericsson experience is an advantage
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Effective coordination skills with ability to work and interact with people at all levels and meet deadlines.
