Supervising staff on site and ensuring that their assigned work completed on time and within budget.
Managing parts of construction project.
Overseeing construction work
Ensuring project meet agreed specification timescale
Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients
Estimate and manage material cost
Estimate materials used in electrical ground system work
Coordinate with procurement team
Liasing with clients, subcontractors, field staff, project head, and project and engineering director
Organizing material and ensuring sites are safe and clean
Inspect tower sites to ensure appropriate level of quality control in all phases
Inspect towers before handling towers to clients
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
Preparing documents for handling over towers to clients
Ensuring that all workers strictly follow health and safety policy
Amenable to travel within and outside Luzon
Performing other relevant task assigned
Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent
At least 1 year experience in tower construction
Preferably with COSH certificate
Knowledge and experience in Civil Construction
Excellent negotiation skills to deal with contractors, suppliers, and other stake holders
Has basic experience in reading electrical plans
Preferably with driver's license
Able to travel frequently
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office or any equivalent applications
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Architecture and Engineering Building Materials 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
