Quezon ProvinceThe roleThis role is responsible for providing critical operational governance and administrative oversight for assigned site projects. Reporting to the Director of Project
Administration, this position serves as the primary support liaison, working across various departments to ensure all project phases advance efficiently. The individual will be instrumental in maintaining the flow of documentation and upholding compliance standards, ultimately acting as a crucial element in the successful, safe, and high-quality delivery of the project schedule.Your Responsibilities:Facilities and Infrastructure Oversight: Directed the comprehensive facility management lifecycle, ensuring optimal functionality, efficiency, and a safe workplace through structured preventive maintenance and continuous operational support. This included supervising all necessary maintenance, repairs, and the seamless provision of essential site services (e.g., visitor services, reception, housekeeping, and waste management).Resource and Asset Stewardship: Managed and maintained strict accountability for all corporate property and physical assets, ensuring they were fully operational and fit for purpose. This extended to the careful control and monitoring of all general utility expenditures.Supply Chain and Administrative Control: Championed site-level administrative support, including overseeing accommodations (such as staff housing) and visitor logistics. Additionally, coordinated with corporate headquarters on procurement, purchasing, and
inventory management to guarantee a reliable and fully accounted supply of administrative and operational materials.Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Maintained a state of constant readiness and adherence to all local, legal, and regulatory standards. This involved the timely management of all required permits and licenses, keeping comprehensive records of statutory requirements.Safety, Health, and Environmental Leadership (EHS): Served as the officially appointed Safety Officer, leading the development and execution of the company's Environment, Health, and Safety programs. Represented the company during official government audits and inspections, ensuring continuous compliance with EHS legal and regulatory mandates.Security and Loss Prevention: Provided holistic direction for the site's security operations, managing security personnel, developing, and strictly enforcing policies to safeguard employees, visitors, and corporate assets. Regularly collaborated with third-party security providers to execute assessments and continuously enhance security protocols.Human Resources Support and General Administration: Contributed to essential HR support functions, including timekeeping and maintaining employee records. Performed various other high-level administrative tasks and strategic assignments as directed by senior management.What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in a design-related field, or equivalent professional experience that showcases your creative expertise.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Site Administration
Good communication skills, both oral and written. Highly organized, results-driven, able to handle multiple tasks, and adhere to deadlines
With 40 hours of COSH/BOSH training
