Job Description
As SSO Onboarding Specialist, you will be asked to popularize SSO solution among LSEG clients. At the pre-sales stage you will demonstrate the breadth and depth of SSO capabilities that clients can benefit from. You will act as a single point of contact through the entire onboarding by providing high level of hand- holding and will manage escalation issues to a positive resolution. Establishing connections with internal stakeholders, mainly Sales and Account Management, is an essential element of everyday activity.
Responsibilities:
Ability to read XML files (must-have)
Excellent customer facing engagement skills. Former experience (at least 1 year) in client facing or supporting roles e.g., account management, sales, marketing, or helpdesk would be an advantage
Negotiation and client objections handling (must-have)
Knowledge of LSEG products such as Eikon/Workspace, FXT/FXALL, Worldcheck
Maintain solid understanding of SSO business proposition to initiate conversation and raise interest
Working closely with Sales and Account Management community at the pre-sales stage
Qualifications:
Willingness to acquire and/or extent technical knowledge(must-have)
Fluency in Business English. Second language would be a great advantage
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Good to have:
Knowledge of specific IDP's such as Azure, or OKTA, or Shibboleth, etc.
