The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in managing day-to-day tasks in Shopify. Youll be responsible for ensuring clean product data, accurate listings, smooth launches, and performance trackingplaying a key role in keeping the storefront optimized and running efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Manage product uploads on Shopify, including SKUs, descriptions, tags, images, and alt textMaintain and update product kits, bundles, personalization options, and custom fieldsPerform regular quality checks across desktop and mobile to ensure a smooth UXMonitor and report bugs, site issues, or design gapsMaintain an organized image drive and product attribute tracker (e.g., Airtable)Support product launches and seasonal collection updatesCreate and manage UPC codes and Shopify metafieldsPull and analyze sales data to support merchandising and marketing teamsGenerate reports on KPIs like site performance, conversions, returns, and A/B test outcomesQA shipping invoices, check 3PL SLA compliance, and report fulfillment performanceSet up and track promo codes and sales campaignsMonitor reviews and customer feedback for trends and insightsSoftware/Platforms/Tools:ShopifyGoogle Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)KlaviyoLoop ReturnsAirtableDaasity and other analytics toolsSlackZoomProject Management tools3PL WMS or related fulfillment systemsVarious Shopify appsQualifications:At least 3-5 years of freelancing experienceStrong background in e-commerce operations and product data managementAdvanced spreadsheet/reporting skills and analytical mindsetExperience with Shopify backend and appsExcellent QA habits across multiple devices and browsersStrong written and verbal English communication skillsHighly organized and proactive with excellent attention to detailFast learner with new tools and platformsPrior experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) or US-based e-commerce brands is a plusShift Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US EST
