Job Description
Address system operational processes raised by hub supervisors and staff promptly and accurately.
Ensure continuity of operations by establishing and observing the team's adherence to standard operating procedures.
Provide product training to hub supervisors and staff.
Respond to system queries, perform troubleshooting, and conduct research to identify solutions to the reported issues.
Learn how each of our products operates from the ground up.
Recommend product improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Able to build strong relationships through problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, and communicating promptly on progress.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology-related discipline
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 3. Able to work in a shifting schedule and on weekends, as business requires
Sharp troubleshooting skills, a great problem solver with the ability to take system problems and structure an action plan.
Strong communication skills in English and Filipino, written and verbal
Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
Highly meticulous and detail-oriented
