As the SFM Business Development Manager, you are responsible for the development and implementation of channel growth strategies and Consumer-centric programs that are aligned with and deliver on the Brand strategies. Immediate focus channel areas are modern trade channel, wholesaler channel, and online channel.
You will also lead the team in identifying emerging channels that bring our products to consumer outside the "traditional" trade channels, and work with the team in determining how we can best get ahead of the competition.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Lead a team of Specialists that will support the development, implementation, and execution of channel programs, and will also be responsible for the competency building and career progression of these individuals.
Establish key channel roles that will clearly outline how each serve as a Consumer contact point and serves as framework for the business building programs and activities.
Work closely with the Brand Marketing Team as well as his peers in the SFM team to ensure that brand strategies and channel strategies are supported with the right programs.
Lead in providing inputs as channel building expert during program development of stakeholders. Ensure that plans fit into the regular planning and execution cycle. Manage full year Sales and Marketing activity calendar in key accounts.
YOU ARE/HAVE:
College Graduate
At least 11 years' experience in Sales, Trade/Channel Marketing or Marketing that includes on ground Field Sales experience from an FMCG company. At least 3 years' experience as a people manager.
Ability to engage with different stakeholders from all position levels
Experienced with channel development strategy and plan formulation
Skilled in data gathering, insighting and analysis, and budget management
Good communication skills - Oral and Written (English, Filipino)
Winning attitude and hunger for success in your assigned area of business
Adept with MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
