Service Operations Specialist (Night Shift)
Pasig City - Philippines
What you will be doing at Insight
Triage Services contracts opportunities to determine correct process/resources needed
Direct requests and answer questions
Assign or align appropriate pursuit team members, depending on type of services requested
Manage workflow process
Perform various tasks/steps within the web-based workflow management tool
Make changes to workflows/status in workflow tool and add notes in Comments section
Handle workflow tool issues to keep workflows moving
Provide basic guidance of workflow tool functionality
What you will need to work at Insight
Bachelor's Degree in any course
At least 2-5 years of administrative, project management, or sales support experience
MS Office Suite
Ability to quickly process incoming requests, while applying critical thinking to address questions
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Ability to accurately create a variety of reports
Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills
Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely fashion, demonstrating good communication skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Detail-oriented with great organizational skills and comfort with ambiguity
Ability to manage multiple exceptions to standard processes to address custom business and/or client needs
Ability to enter data into systems accurately
Ability to evaluate requests and direct teammates to the appropriate process
Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to foster a cohesive work environment
