The Service Now administrator position will build and support business solutions aligned with enterprise I.T. Service Management. The position will be a key technical role for implementing modern business solutions leveraging ServiceNow's integrated platform.
Responsibilities:
Provide operational support of Kroll's ITSM platform(Service Now).
Experience in IT Service Management design, transition or operations processes in Service Now.
Work with other members of the Kroll IT team on an as needed basis to ensure that the design and processes meet customer requirements.
Provide technical support of the existing ServiceNow environments, applications, and modules
Maintaining and reviewing effectiveness and efficiency of all ITSM processes
Support the implementation and evolution of ServiceNow
Configure and customize new and existing modules using ServiceNow best practices
Provide and implement the vision for dashboards, metrics, and reporting
Build and maintain the Service catalog for the company.
Troubleshoot and fix issues related to Service Now.
Monitor assignment group queues in ServiceNow and proactively assume ownership of incidents and requests
Validate request requirements and work them to completion in ServiceNow
Provide administrative support of users, roles, and groups. Facilitates and supports the rollout of update and import sets.
Basic knowledge of various other IT practices (networking, servers, voice, email)
Ability and willingness to work in a 24*7*365 environment
Excellent communication skills
Basic understanding of ITIL methodologies
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc.
3-5 years experience of ITSM industry experience
2-3 years supporting the ServiceNow platform
2+ years experience with implementation and configuration of ServiceNow
Experience with the CSM module preferred
Experience with administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform, including the creation and/or customization of core ITSM applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, etc. Additional product experience outside of ITSM preferred
Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and additional tools that are supported within ServiceNow like Discovery, Orchestration, Service Mapping etc.;
Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including group and user maintenance, ACL, Catalog Items, Order Guides, UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.
Knowledge of ServiceNow developments best practices
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
