Oversees IT Department key functions to ensure delivery of high-quality service to end users and to meet business needs
Mantains high performing service support functions including but not limited to IT Service Desk, Desktop Support and VIP Support.
Process owner of incident, request, change and escalation to ensure high level of performance
Develops a strong understanding of projects impacting service area and ensure that impact is minimized and agreed
Drives internal and thrid-aprty service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes meeting support
Provides regular and accurate management reporting on IT Service performance
Ensures effective communication/dialogue on IT matters with end users and stakeholders
Monitors, controls, and supports service delivery and ensuring that systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant courses
At least 5 years relevant experience in IT Service Delivery
Knowledgable in ITIL disciplines
Familiar with vendor management
Able to demonstrate high degree of flexibility
Has excellent time, prioritization and project management skills
Has initiative and proactive approach to daily tasks
Proven leadership and people management skills
Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
Has good customer service and communication skills
Can manage sensitive/confidential information
Mid-Senior Level / Manager IT and Software Information Services 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
