Job Description
Primary responsible for the timely and quality delivery of Application Maintenance Services (AMS) to our clients. By coordinating and working closely with the Level 2 and Level 3 support teams (Local and Off shore) and Release and Test Management teams.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to Head of Application Maintenance Services
Client facing represents AMS and engages clients in various forums
To plan, prioritize, scope and schedule all defects and enhancements into each release.
To plan, schedule and ensure the conduct of client involvements in the SDLC, such as FSD reviews, SIT/UAT, handovers and walkthroughs, etc.
To participate in all Service delivery service review calls. L2, L3 & AMS.
Coordinating across all AMS delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of each release/service.
Collaborate with L3 leads on managing L3 capacity. Ensuring availability before allocating new assignments to L3.
Ensure tickets/requests raised contain the required documentation and follow defined SDLC processes.
Ensure clear representation and consistent communications internally and externally.
Collate, prepare and submit/present defined KPIs and Statistics.
Qualifications
What you need:
At least a bachelor's degree in a technical field with a minimum of 5 consecutive years of relevant experience
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including conducting presentations to teams and to customers
Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude
Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills
Motivated and result oriented in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work independently and provide proactive leadership in a complex environment with multiple teams
Knowledge in Avaloq or any other core banking applications and knowledge in banking operations will be an added advantage
