As Service Associate - Horizon Club, we rely on you to:
Support the daily operation of Horizon Club (Executive Club Lounge)
Provide a high quality service to our guests
Ensure the smooth operation of the F&B section in Horizon Club
Consistently looks for ways to enhance guest satisfaction
Create an exceptional experience for our guests
We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys delivering high quality guest service with a welcoming manner
Loves interacting with guests and customers
Communicates with fluency in English
Preferably has working experience in either a luxury restaurant or Executive Club Lounge of a 5* hotel
Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
Is committed to serving food of the highest quality
Is willing to work shifts
