SERVICE AND PARTS OFFICER
 
Qualifications:
Experience in Automotive Industry is an advantage.
A graduate of Automotive or Business Management Course.
Knowledgeable in MS Office and reports.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Have confidence to face and communicate with the clients.
Willing to be assigned in Cebu City - affiliated Company.
Ensure sales and profitability of the entire Service through sales of parts and accessories including repair orders.
Ensure Services and Parts meets projected income.
Establish/maintain/monitor inventory control system to meet internal, warranty, wholesale, and retail needs.
Establish/Maintain/Build relationships with other departments, suppliers and field representatives.
Manages Departmental expenses effectively with effective shipping/receiving, wholesale and ordering process.
Knowledge on inventory control and management reports that allow prompt, complete, and accurate feedback on inventory condition.
Coordinates with automotive mechanics for the workshop procedures and on time work accomplishments.
Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
