If you live and breathe Search Engine Optimization, we want to talk to you. We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities.
You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns. The Candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
1.Implement White Hat, ethical, healthy techniques within all strategies
2.Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
3.Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
4.Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
5.Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
6.Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
7.Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
8.Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
9.Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
10.Research and analyze competitor advertising links
11.Develop and implement link building strategy
12.Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
13.Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
14.Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
15.Regularly Measure and report performance of all Search Engine Optimization efforts, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
16.Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
17.Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
18.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
19.Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements
1.Proven SEO experience
2.A plus but not required: Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns
3.Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
4.In-depth experience with website analytics tools
5.Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
6.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
7.Preferred: BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
8.Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords & YouTube campaigns is a plus
9.A plus but not required: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
10.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
11.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
