Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Specialist, specialized in SEO/SEM/Google Ads to join our team. You will lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools.
Responsibilities
Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Research and analyze competitor advertising links
Develop and implement link building strategy
Requirements
At least 2+ years experience in SEO
Understanding of how HTML, CSS, and JavaScript impact SEO
Enthusiasm for understanding the evolving best practices with regard to the technical aspects of crawling, indexing, ranking and driving qualified organic traffic.
Experience with keyword research, information architecture, search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Working knowledge of structured data schemas and rich snippets. Understanding of internal linking, keyword usage and semantic analysis.
Experience with a wide variety of SEO tools from among SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Search Console, SEO powersuite
Proficiency with web analytics products.
Developing and delivering executive level presentations on SEO strategies, plans and result
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly analytical and data-driven
Must be a strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills, a solution-oriented mentality, and the ability to work well in an agile environment
Ability to self-manage, prioritize, organize and multitask.
Effective marketing communications, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
Highly-motivated, organized, entrepreneurial and self-driven.
Proactive, positive, eager to learn and develop
Ability to work under pressure and open to feedback
