The online presence of the company is of high importance. Thus, this position will play a huge role in driving the business' success and growth. As Search Engine Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and manage search engine optimization of our digital marketing campaigns to generate more page traffic. To increase the company's ranking on major search networks, you will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as
keyword research,
content strategy, link building initiatives, social media marketing and website optimization. You will also manage SEM to maximize ROI on paid search campaigns such as PPC initiatives.

uties and Responsibilities
-Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audience
-Research and identify competitors advertising links
-Work towards organic search optimization (SEO) and ROI maximization / budget optimization for paid adverts (SEM)
-Regularly perform thorough keywords research
-Perform keyword optimization and discovery
-Identify and monitor key SEO KPI such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
-Analyze and i
dentify problems and deficiency,
and recommend changes or improvement to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
-Track, analyze, monitor and
create progress reports
on website analytics, PPC initiatives and campaigns
-Work with web developers and marketing team to properly implement SEO best practices
-Stay up to date with the latest search engine marketing trends
Requirements
-Able to dedicate a minimum of 30-35 hours work week , with
2 to 3 hours overlap between 11am to 3pm CET
-At least 3 years relevant work experience as Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role
-Degree in marketing or communication is desirable.
-Proven experience and strong technical knowledge in SEO strategy such as keyword research, Data analysis, Google Analytics, and social media
-Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing
-Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics and provide evidence-based recommendations
-Proven success in SEO and SEM
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, bid management tool and search engine algorithms
-Knowledge of ranking factors
-Solid understanding of performance marketing, ability to analyze data conversion, and online customer acquisition
