Serve as a system engineer with a background administering enterprise-level Windows domains and servers
Deploy, configure, upgrade, maintain and support Windows Server operating systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating more advanced issues to the senior engineers and vendors as necessary
Provide support, deployment, and management of SSL Certificates
Provide support for related IT areas, including servers, desktop presentation technologies, security and authentication technologies
Provide technical guidance and operational assistance to business and operational staff
Create and document procedures as needed
Conduct scheduled security checks and reviews and ensure compliance with the organizations Information Security Programs
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with Windows Server management
3+ years of experience with Active Directory in a large enterprise
3+ years of experience supporting VMware environments (ESXi, vCenter, vROPs)
3+ years of experience administering Windows domains using Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP or IP, Performance Monitoring Systems, Windows Deployment, Automation and Scripting.
Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms
Experience with PAS systems such as CyberArk and Delinea
Experience with Microsoft Entra and Duo multifactor authentication
Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms
Utilize experience to implement automation using PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, GIT or other infrastructure as code
Storage or SAN or NAS understanding
Knowledge of Windows Domain and Servers, including Forest, Trees, Trusts, AD FSMO roles, etc.
Proficiency with managing VMware vSphere, Microsoft Terminal Server, Citrix, File Transfer, security or authentication or PAM or MFA appliances
