MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is allowed to work from home. Once the pandemic situation is better, the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist may be required to report in our IT Park office in Cebu.
Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City
Holidays: All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed.
Monthly Salary (not including bonuses): PHP 22,000 to PHP 25,000
Responsibilities:
Use social media and online resume database networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, JobStreet) to look for and connect with potential candidates
Review resumes to pre-screen candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position's requirements
Send emails and perform callouts to follow up with candidates
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill
Conduct initial interview and endorse candidates to hiring managers
Requirements:
Preferably a Psychology or HRDM graduate
Good understanding of recruitment process
At least 3 years work experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
Knowledgeable with headhunting and sourcing techniques
Computer savvy and familiar with Google Suites (especially Google Sheets and Google Docs)
Experience with using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a big plus
Strong willed, self-motivated, goal-oriented and with a positive attitude
Can work with minimal supervision
Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends
