A Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the ownership of the hiring process per vertical and the implementation of various recruitment strategies to ensure the timely completion of the organization's hiring requirements. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for and will serve as point of contact for recruitment operations and is tasked to liaise and address the needs of the Company.
Job Responsibilities
Contribute to recruitment efforts and processes - screening, qualifying, interviewing, and hiring new employees
Contribute to enhancing strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures
Partner with stakeholders to confirm hiring needs and requirements based on the needs of the organization
Manage each candidates journey through our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Encourage open lines of communication with all areas of the business
Help map the market, improve reach out intel, and create campaigns to attract top talent.
Participate in daily activity meeting to understand market and provide insights for improving conversion.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): technical sourcing, Technical Recruitment.
With at least 2 years of recruitment experience with focus in hiring for technical and niche profiles
Offshore experience is not required but definitely a plus
Demonstrated proficiency in using LinkedIn as a recruitment tool.
Knowledgeable in targeted sourcing
Ability to understand candidate markets and direct sourcing efforts to the appropriate sourcing channels.
Excellent writing skills, customer service skills, and an ability to communicate clearly.
Strong ability to connect relevant threads relating to candidate market mapping.
Creative / Innovative and leverages on social media for branding and hiring campaigns
Willing to have flexible work schedule
