Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced and talented Internal Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team at Thomson Reuters. Your focus will be end to end recruitment for jobs in the Japan and / or APAC region. You can come from an internal talent acquisition background or RPO/ agency. We would love to talk with candidates that offer exceptional stakeholder management skills, sourcing skills in Linkedin Recruiter/ Boolean and are capable of working across all job families including sales, marketing, customer success, journalism, IT and finance.
About the role:
The person will be responsible for the following:
· Delivers recruitment services to individual hiring managers.
· Handles medium to high complexity searches for open positions.
· Identifies, attracts and evaluates candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.
· Moves candidates through the workday system for feedback / scheduling.
· Able to influence and negotiate with candidates and managers in a credible and effective manner.
· Able to manage the recruitment process end to end form initiation/ intake meeting through to on-boarding the hire
· Can manage workday end to end from job posting through and search process, contract set up, approvals and the on-boarding process.
About you:
· A Bachelors degree
· 5 years plus in Talent Acquisition and exposure to a global business, ideally in professional services, technology or digital industries.
· An understanding of the legal, accounting or finance domains is helpful but not essential.
· Data and workforce reporting skills
· Advanced MS office including excel skills
· Articulate with a positive, outcome driven outlook
· Strong attention to detail
· Able to negotiate and manage priorities and deadlines effectively
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
