Job Description
As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company, specifically for our BGC, Taguig office.
Job Responsibilities:
Safeguard the future potential needs of the organization in alignment with business managers by managing the career development process.
Develop and maintain business units org structure; including creating org charts and validating job descriptions and job designs ; to ensure fulfilling the organization's objectives and employees' satisfaction.
Support business managers to set measurement standards, targets and KPIs with respect to the performance management process.
Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. nd
Provide recruitment analytics to ensure the consistency of producing quality of hires to the sales floor
Implement new sourcing methods (such as but not limited to social recruiting and Boolean searches, referral programs)
Research and choose job advertising options
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
Recommend ways to improve our employer brand to attract and engage good pipeline of candidates
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, college and other partners
Reviewing Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures and recommending updates where necessary.
Actively participating in annual compensation and benefits review to provide insights in attracting and retaining key talents.
Provide additional insights in talent management and retention.
Ensure database is consistently updated and recruitment analytics/ reporting's are accurate.
Performing other related duties as assigned from time to time.
Contribute towards the business as a whole in identifying process improvements, improvements in policies and procedures and any other service innovation changes that would improve the employee experience.
Our requirements:
At least 8 years of extensive experience in recruitment, selection, headhunting, full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing and screening in BPO or any related Industry
At least 3 years in managerial roles responsible for recruitment strategy and operations covering both volume and support/leadership hiring, for a site/office.
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to hire agents with skills for both Customer Service and Sales
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Demonstrated interviewing and advanced sourcing skills.
High sense of ownership, customer orientation and adaptive to change.
Developed organization skills and creative.
Goal driven, self-starter and a team player.
Can work well with multiple demands and deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Flexible with schedule and open to working in the office.
