THE POSITION
As integral member of our operations team, the Senior Systems Analyst MS-365 is responsible for the analysis, planning, implementation, migration, administration, customization, enhancement, and support of systems/applications in the area of Content Collaboration.
The INF Senior Systems Analyst MS-365 will have Subject Matter Expert Role and support responsibilities over critical enterprise systems/applications with a focus on Microsoft technologies like SharePoint Online, OneDrive, PowerPlatform, Office 365, MS-Teams, and other tools available in the platform.
Working with cross-functional teams, the Senior System Analyst will be required to provide solutions to diverse business needs as well as to the incidents and problems reported by the users.
Execution of activities related to system maintenance and documentation are also responsibilities of the role.
Duties & Responsibilities
Be a Subject Matter Expert for systems/applications belonging to the Content Collaboration (M365) capabilities landscape.
Assess updates to the Content Collaboration systems/applications as necessary.
Create and maintain system documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.
Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of the assigned systems in the Content Collaboration portfolio.
Process/handle tickets created in the Service Management tool implemented in BI related to the Content Collaboration systems/applications.
Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members.
Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes.
Perform business analysis to gather requirements for the business needs.
Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to design and implement the solutions.
Liaise with software and consulting vendors as needed.
Requirements
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field, or relevant work experience of 2+ years in a large enterprise environment.
Skilled IT professional with at least 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst (or similar) in multinational companies.
1 year of experience administering, supporting, and upgrading systems and applications.
3+ years experience of Microsoft technologies (Windows, SharePoint, MS-365, MS-Teams, Power Apps, etc.).
Experience with PowerShell and other scripting skills used to automate processes.
Basic knowledge on Azure AD
Experience working with application design, database systems, web services and/or other application service capabilities.
Knowledgeable of Change Management processes.
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry, System Life Cycle methodologies and Computer System Validation.
Experience providing 2nd and 3rd Level support.
