Alstom Philippines is expanding pool of multi-talented individuals. We are looking for experienced and versatile Senior System Testing & Commissioning Engineer.
Office Location: Lot 1, President Carlos P. Garcia Ave. (C5 Extension) San Dionisio, Sucat, Parañaque City, Philippines
What are my responsibilities?
Produces specific test plans for a part of Systems activities if required
Plans and coordinates the site and track tests of the participating Units
Coordinates the necessary means for the realisation of the systems tests, being understood that each participating Unit (either EPCC, Subcontractors, LRMC) provides the staff and test tools for their own equipment/subsystem
Produces, updates method statement for the system activities to be conducted
Coordinates and follow-up permit and train movement request for the System activities
Organises the "readiness reviews" of the participating units, which are mandatory as pre-requisites to the systems tests
Follow-up the corrective actions mandatory before the systems tests start
Creates and manages action plans corresponding to malfunctioning of the system, aiming to reach the contractual performances targets
Supports the system configuration engineer during the successive tests phases
Leads, develops, and motivates his/her direct team if any
Supports the System VTA Manager and teammates
Implements the technical and safety processes, methods and tools corresponding to his activities
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Advanced University Degree in Engineering
Broad Knowledge of the subsystems / products to be tested and commissioned.
Able to read schematics and to trouble shoot systems for fault finding.
Is capable to use testing means and measure required performance.
At least 3 years of experience in the T&C field.
