Job Description Location: Quezon City Shift: Mid shift Individual Contributor General Accountability: ETS Security Operations provides operationalized risk and security services to the Manulife enterprise. The Senior Support Analyst: will report to the Lead DLP Analyst in Manila, and will be responsible for the development and expansion of services as they relate to systems and data management of O365 DLP, Symantec DLP for EndPoint, Netskope CASB, Varonis, and other tools will partner with North America DLP Administrators and team members to back-up, manage and develop services globally, with specific focus on Asia will be instrumental in maintaining and developing the DLP Service and Service Roadmap in Asia Responsibilities: The Senior Support Analyst duties will include: Work with all systems within DLP Department -Netskope, email DLP, Varonis, Symantec DLP for Endpoint Ensuring ongoing viability of DLP systems and service (working with NA counterparts) General system management duties (working with NA counterparts) Manage integration of processes and data between systems (working with NA counterparts) Providing general technical and reporting assistance / support Providing end-user support for questions and issues (focus on Asia) pertaining to the various DLP systems Developing and expanding the DLP service (mostly in Asia) Managing end-user outreach and education (mostly in Asia) regarding the various DLP tools Maintaining service roadmap (working with NA counterparts) Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical discipline Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology and / or Information Security Experience using Varonis and Netskope Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills Strong influence, negotiation and change management skills Required Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Education: Experience with database technologies - strong excel, VBA, SQL systems management, queue management, and reporting background Understands data pipelines, application framework, and infrastructure for data generation Familiarity with Information Security principles Experience working with / managing file systems (NAS) Experience with QA/testing (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans) Experience with system performance management and impact upon system configuration Familiarity with agile and DevOps principles, continuous integration, and other approaches to accelerate the delivery of new features Self-starter; Finds own way in tutorials and documentation Highly detail-oriented individual with good organization skills, including ability to work independently or as part of multiple teams. Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills with the proven ability to exercise flexibility and judgment in assessing business issues and risks in a dynamic environment.
