The Senior Structural Engineer (Design) creates and recommends valuable and cost-effective structural designs
to our prospective clients. He/ She prepares construction material estimates, requirements, engineering proposals, and specifications. He/ She monitors and supervises the erection of steel structures & structural steelworks upon
commencement of construction.
Prepares structural design drawings and ensures the conformance to applicable engineering codes &
standards and client's requirements giving emphasis on value engineering
Conducts quantity estimation of structures and related fields
Performs detailed technical analysis of moderate to complex project design issues
Maintains compliance of the design team to the established quality assurance requirements
Monitor and supervises the erection of steel structures in the project for industrial facilities
Monitors various projects and their conformance to design and construction
Provides feedback and advice regarding the technical and structural aspects of company/client projects to
management and other project leaders
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, Registered Civil Engineer
At least 5 years of experience as a Structural Engineer (Design Engineering) from a Contractor or Design
Firm in Conceptual, Detailed Construction, As-built Phases.
With exposure in Building Systems or Industrial Warehouses including Foundation Systems & Site
Development
With background in steel and concrete structures in an industrial facility
With experience in steel fabrication and construction
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, STAAD - ETAB, or other design software
Knowledgeable in design drawings and civil works
Preferably knowledgeable in architectural design and finishes
