Senior Office 365 Specialist

-Be assigned to maintain, administer and support Office 365 Cloud infrastructure. You will also be responsible in implementing different measures to meet operational business requirements. Part of it is providing guidance to the Office 365 admin, and support its users by overseeing, assisting, and spearheading the operations of Office 365 team, who provides daily operational support to all applications and services under office 365 cloud. You are expected to formulate solutions for all related issues. You are also expected to ensure that the Office 365 Admins adhere to Incident and Change Management procedures and meet operational SLA.
-Be proactive in identifying opportunities and risks within the team and the system. You will need to be quick on your feet for this role, as issues can happen at any given moment. You will also need to be personable because you will be mingling with a diverse cast of people here at Quantrics. Most of all, you will also need to have the ability to efficiently pinpoint issues on all applications within the O365 umbrella, and the ingenuity to come up with effective solutions.
-Maintain, administer and support Office 365 Cloud infrastructure, including Office 365 tenant and intranet implementation, and customization of SharePoint site.
-Troubleshoot, diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex Office 365 product technical issues experienced by customers.
-Provide consultation and hands-on implementation support to Office 365 migrations including design, architecture, configuration, migration best practices, and strategies to support Office 365 operational KPIs.
-Implementation of Office 365 and support of the Office 365 tenant; working with team members to develop the solution path for migration from on-premises solution, to Office 365 operating in cloud. Including migrating different business units to a single Office 365 environment.
-Engineering Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and implementing it.
-Engineering Single sign on (SSO).
-Working with Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016 and Exchange Hybrid servers, as well as Azure AD Connect
-Implement different measures to meet operational business requirements.
-Provide guidance to office 365 admins by overseeing, assisting, and spearheading the operations of Office 365 team.
-Adhere to Incident and Change Management procedures to meet application SLAs and high system reliability
-Troubleshoot, diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex Office 365 product technical issues experienced by customers.
-Develop and maintain documentation of Office 365 governance, processes, procedures, knowledgebase articles and implemented customer solutions.
-Coordinate resources across multiple teams to solution, implement, and support Office 365 products.
-Stay up-to-date on Office 365 changes in service and product offerings and assist in maintaining agency cloud services roadmap.
-Ensure Change Approval are informed of all upcoming changes to Office 365 products and services.
-Support Project Managers in gathering and analyzing requirements, solution design, and execute the migration.
-Develop, create, and publish PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI reports.
